1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@havlooks.in or whatsapp 8800196980. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange (see below).


2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • The request for a refund must be made within 20 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) must be provided.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.

  • Items that are not in their original packaging.

  • Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., phone cases with custom designs).


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at Support@havelooks.in or 8800196980 to initiate the refund process.

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item(s).


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.


6. Processing Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at support@havelooks.in or 88001986980. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
